If we combine western science and ayurveda so what are the results? Results are most scientific weight gain tips and most unscientific weight gain mistakes. In our normal day to day life we make mistakes and don't have weight gain and if gaining then we gain fat and don't gain muscle.

First tip focus on protein whenever you put it in your body eating any meal lunch, dinner, breakfast or snacks in that meal you need protein this are the sources of protein chicken,fish,eggs,meat,paneer,tofu,soya chunks, curd ,dals there are non veg and veg both in this list if you don't eat non veg the you can eat veg like nuts, paneer, soya chunks,tofu ,

Not only focus on protein you need to focus on carbs also your body build with carbs many people think only protein is enough for muscle gain wrong carbs will help you for muscle gain but if we talk about carbs you have to avoid 2 types of carbs 1 is maida ( refine wheat flour) when you go outside eat nan, white bread that are the maida and 2 is basic white basmati rice the white rice brand is good you think that you eating healthy and tasty rice but you eating empty carbohydrates instead of that when you eat rice you have to choose unpolished rice or brown rice because more Nutrition and slow digestive carbohydrates means when you eat that one time instantly your stomach get full and that rice remain in your stomach for sometime and it released slowly carbohydrates an it help you in muscle building and making you athletic body it will help you because of that go for brown rice instead of white rice and the remaining the white floor please stay away from it. Instead of it use whole wheat , so don't eat maida it damages your digestive system make sticky so you have to eat whole wheat (atta)

People who have to gain weight they the biggest mistake is if you eat less calorie your body becomes catabolic so if you get your body in anabolic state the your muscles will gain .
