Hii guys and girls who want to become fit.i am DJ today i am gonna tell you some fitness dangers. Fitness world is a world where many mistakes, mythes, and broscience ( wrong science) spreaded . Frnds if we talk about fitness. Fitness is very beautiful thing but fitness also have a ugly world because if only attached fitness to muscles only and steroids and and attached with extra large physique. 


Fitness is different for everyone if you don't have large muscles it doesn't mean that you are not fit saw if you ask girls also they don't like large muscles they tell you they like aesthetic/lean physique more than big muscles.why because this physique look natural normal person also can get this natural good looking physique. When people see big bodybuilder they think his full world is about only gym bodybuilding lets make distance from this person. And if you look like a normal person approachable person that makes more attractive.


I am not talking about fitness freaks and bodybuilding freaks i am talking about who like extra large muscles no. I am talking about general public if go outside at road more people like natural physique.

And you don't also have to become ripped all is you have to do is you have become normal.your stomach not have to going out of the shirt only you have to look like athletic. Remember one thing athletic physique equals to healthy physique equals to sexy physique many girls also like athletic physique.

1 . So let's talk about fitness myth number 1. Many people's think that in the process of making body you need lot of money for bodybuilding. Means they think if i spend lot of money then only my body becomes fit this is the mistake of bodybuilding world . Because bodybuilding world listen to west means listen to america and america have supplement culture non veg culture. You can see on social media farmer have physique like body builder then what he can eat in a village he can eat organic brown rice organic dal in village many people also don't eat non veg People eat eggs but the intake of non veg is low. So you have yo remember that for bodybuilding you don't need lots of money. dedication is necessary to build your body  you need determination and discipline.


For becoming fit you don't have to listen any one you have to listen about only science and you have to listen your inner discipline mentality 

Remember this thing. Of you have to make your body it becomes from inside  not from outside taking information from others or from eating more protein and and supplement no , only be discipline work hard play some sports play some cardio eat more vegetable drink more water and the most important thing sleep take 7 to 8 hour sleep because when you sleep then the growth hormone release if you don't sleep properly the growth hormones also don't release properly then how you become fit if anyone tell you that you have to make body eat protein eat non veg no you have to listen to science. Science tell concentrate on  basic good protein good carbs clean fat more sleep less junk food less sugar and obviously resistance training only follow this basic rule you can become fit.


2.   Myth number 2 people think gyming will affect their height because of these people stop from gym at the age of 18 -21 for starting gym you know how your height stop if you give your body high strain high pressure high stress then your height stop or if your epiphyseal plate get damage then your height stop growing.


So lets first talk about epiphyseal growth plate see how your height will grow because your bones height also grow at the edge of your bone a plate is there we called it epiphyseal growth plate this like a brick se how the house is build if you put one brick to another brick the the house became like this when your height grow new layer of cells are formed on your epiphyseal growth plate like that your bone leanght grow that hi how your height grow.


Suppose if you do anything that damage your epiphyseal growth plate damage then your height will stop thats why some people says going to gym damage your epiphyseal growth plate in gym how your epiphyseal growth plate will damage suppose if you doing dumbles and you slip it and it hit the epiphyseal growth plate will damage permanently if it get damage and your height will stop permanently but you have to remember this damage to epiphyseal growth plate is very quite rarely happen growth plate damage chance are more in cars if you get crash then have a chance your growth plate will damage. and second thing about stress see how much time your body will grow of you a boy at the age 21 and if you a girl then at the age of 18. Of you go gym is a good thing you stimulate your body giving resistance and exercise because of that your body your body will grow and you have to remember that if you go gym and doing anything like you doing weight training then you damage your body in small amount your body have normal response it release a hormone name cortisol if you have in large amount of cortisol then it will be a problem for your height body skin hair so if you want to release small amount of cortisol you have to finish your workout under 1 hour of time if you do 3 4 hour of workout you have release that much amount of cortisol that your height skin hair sleep all think can get affected and one more thing if you do not doing exercises in proper form you don't know how to do you see your friends and start doing it can also affect your height.
