First thing before going to the gym you need knowledge about gym , weight training,how to make your body. First you have to take knowledge then go gym these are my top 10 point for someone who starting gym who started in this time early first you have to read this blog your full gyming journey get easy.



  1.  Tip number 1: know the meaning of this word FORM. Form means technique if you doing any exercise how to do it in right way right technique learn first that , in all exercises there are some rules like if training your back and biceps then your lower back should be tight if you train your chest then your chest should stick out and your your lower back should be tight this are only two rules for every exercise have differents rules , when you going for squatting your heals should not leave the ground , these are only two three rule think this type of thousands rules is there in gyming. So first you have to learn Form then how to learn Form i am telling you find a good mentor, mentor means guide mentor means trainer , and you have to remember this also in indian gyms the trainer have also don't have exact knowledge of Form 80 percent have right knowledge but sometimes small mistake they do specially about form so what is the solution of this i tell you learn from youtube, i will recommend you a youtube channel OMARISUF  I also learn from this channel about forms first learn the form perfectly , from different peoples learn them and at end listen to the science.

Second point is you don't need money to build a body we talk about this in other post also if you don't know check it your site Fitnesszoro.blogspot.com  i remind you that you don't have to go in a very expensive gym if you have dumble and a pull up bar and a bench a flat surface where you can do chest workout it's enough you can make your body. If you compete in bodybuilding then you need a big gym where there are different types of machines. Different types of muscle targeting machine is there this are for bodybuilders. Like you and me types of people a dumble , bable , pull up bar , and bench is enough.

Next point you are going gym regularly but if you don't eat protein then you can't make your body, protein means what protein means not supplement powder protein means non veg , eggs , milk ,curd , paneer , sprout , almond, nuts , peanut butter these normal Protein sources you have to eat it remember these ,you should add protein in your every meal , if you are vegetarian then you should take supplements you have to take protein powder according to me about protein we also create a blog afterwards , remember this if you can afford them definitely they are little expensive if you can afford them then take it ok . It gives you many benefits your instanly your body will grow because all protein sources our body have to breakdown it but protein powder is almost in brokedown form if you drink that your body will quickly absorb protein from protein powder. If you don't have that much budget so please don't take it use normal Protein sources.

  4. because of these much protein your kidney can damage because in the process of breakdown this much protein it will damage if you don't have water in your body. So our 4th point is water you have to give your body water water water water drink until you have a clear pee, golden rule of life if your pee also is golden means you are dehydrated your body have water thats why your pee color is yellow or golden. except water what things you also have to give your body is fruits and vegetables If you start gyming, focus on these three things: water , fruit and vegetables. 

  1. Our 5th  is to educate your parents about fitness. Because if you start gyming your parents have a problem because in their generation there is no craze about gyming .

  2. So our next point is compound movements. Compound movements are important in gyming there are two types of movements first isolation movement in this the small muscle like shoulder, biceps triceps , calves if you have to do isolation movement you have to move only one in compound movements you move more than one joint like you are doing shoulder in this two joints are moving your shoulder and elbow both so this is compound movement there are basically 4 basic compound movements 1. First is overhead  press for shoulder 2. Second is bench press for chest 3. Is deadlift for your lower back and 4. Fourth is squats for your legs we add one more some people don't consider but i think so 5. Fifth is for upper back pull ups if you do these movements for your life then you will get the fit body because this is very effective for those muscles group and your whole body strength and look of your full body. If you want a fit body, you have to focus on compound movements. So first start exercises with compound movements then do isolation movements .

  3. So our next point is stay consistent in your life, do gyming regularly , eat clean food regularly and regularly eat protein. You see results with your own eyes after a month and after three months the people see. Stay consistent ok. 

  4. Next  learn something about gym jargon , jargons are those words which are used in gyms so you have to learn some like reps means when you count the exercise movement like 1,2,3,4 we tell this thing reps this the short form of repetition. if you done 10 reps and put down the dumble or any thing the we call it set that ten reps we called together is set and one more word variation , variation means a fancy name of exercise if you collect different variations in one then it becomes a workout remember this gym jargons this are very simples

So our next point is very serious in india this is very bad thing that steroids and tablets are very common this is very wrong thing you have to avoid steroids in youtube google people talking about steroids because they got views they tell you if you want to make body you have to take steroids no this is very wrong i tell you genuinely that steroids destroy your body from inside this will cause hormonal imbalance, hair fall , damage skin and your body get destroyed from inside stay away from steroids please don't do these thing if your gym trainer say but don't listen them they will destroy your body from inside.

  6. So our last and final point is if you begin the gyming start gyming then gyming should become a habit so remember this is a lifestyle change for you. You don't have to set a goal like once my body becomes fit and gets abs then i leave the gym no if you have to maintain your body life time then you have to make gyming as a habit .
