Today i am gonna tell you 10 habits that ruin your hair and obviously the solution for those habits. In every person life there are some common habits because of that their hair start falling. For remove those habits from your life today your bro DJ make this post so let's start.

The first habit is over-exposure to sunlight. Sunlight is good for your body skin hair but only morning and evening sun light is healthy for your body. Afternoon sunlight will damage your hair beause in high temperature sun strong light have UV-rays. This rays cause damage to your hair your hair gets dry and scalp also get damage. If you have to know about hair science then you have to know about the structure of the hair their structure is similar to a tree. Hair shaft or hair body is like the trunk of a tree. tree have roots similarly hair also have hair roots like tree grow from ground like that hairs grow from scalp. To the same scalp damage by strong sunlight over exposure of sunlight. 




Things that cause hair loss ,


The second bad habit is wrong shampoo selection. Which shampoo we use? Specially mens use any shampoo they get and they don't know from using that shampoo their scalp and hairs damage. Which shampoo you have to use? If you want to take care of your hair you have to use organic shampoo. You know the cheao shampoos have sulphate and silicon these are inorganic means chemicals. What these chemicals cause if you are using these shampoos daily it blocks the pores on your scalp. Like you take breath similarly your skin also breath. The lungs of your skin is pores. If you block those pores then how your skin and hairs  get healthy. Because of that use organic shampoo.


Habits that lead to hair damage ,


And our third thing is exersise, Cardio like running, swimming, wheight training , gym, yoga etc. What happens from that? You get sweat in your body and from your scalp sweating a lot. When that much sweat is in your scalp the salt in that sweat after dry it gets crystallized. Because of the salt crystallization your pore once again gets blocked so if you are the person who does more exercise go gym , running, swimming then after that you have to wash your hair with healthy shampoo.



Things that cause hair breakage , 


Our next habit is using cheap hair products. Daily use of hair products leads to hair damage. Hair products make your hair brittle. So if you use hair products then use it 1 time in a week aur max to max 2 times if you use more than 1-2 times your hair falls. One more thing when your work is done with the hair product then wash it and then apply oil and return the oil with shampoo.



Next thing is pollution, every where is dust , smoke , and many more pollution spread everywhere because of this toxic things your hair get damage and specially if you are using Hair product because of that pollution and dirt stick to your hairs.if you drive more bike the in under helmet wear a thin skull cap it will protect you hair from pollution or you are going hair and their every day in city then buy a mild shampoo and clean your hair with it.



Now the next habit is washing your hair every single day.if you wash your hair daily then what happens the health and shine of your hairs will go. Why? Because from your hair body comes natural oils. If you wash your hair daily then that oil will disappear and because of that also your hair will become dry. So in a week you have to use 1 day of anti dandruff shampoo and 1-2 days of healthy mild shampoo. Anti dandruff shampoo is a little bit harsh for your hair but in this Indian weather it is necessary for your hair.


 And next is blow drying using a hair dryer. Blow Drying will damage your hair quality.keep away from blow drying. If you want blow drying only do it a single time in a month. and next is hair alteration. There are two types: 1 is Straightening and 2 is Coloring. How this thing is done. You have the cuticle in the hair body which means the outer layer or skin of hair if you do straightening or coloring it will damage the cuticle. If cuticles get damaged then the health of hair goes down. Your hairs are any type any color don't change it “ learn to love yourself not to change yourself "

Give priority to health over looks.


And next is a very huge factor i can make a single post on this factor. Diet and lifestyle factors, if you are smoking your hair will fall and your diet is bad then your hair will also get bad. In a diet you have to concentrate on these things first is water stay hydrated second is vegetables and fruits. These two things are in your diet daily and the third thing is protein in every meal like pearls (dal) , eggs , nonveg , or nuts etc. 


And last and most people's hair fall for  these reasons: stress and anxiety. If you tense many things every time your hair gets loose, if you want to remove tension from your life the most effective thing is to do meditation.
