So today's topic what is the best time for workout you have to do in the morning or evening which is best. all people have his own thoughts but today i don't go to thought, anyone say you to do workout at morning anyone tell you to do at evening this are the thoughts of their. If we have to make a good body and physique then we have to listen to science, our body becomes better according to science.


Today I am going to tell you which time you have to do workout morning or evening according to science. Every individual has his own goals. You are different, mine is different. Anyone wants to do fat loss , others have to do weight loss, weight gain , muscle gain,  cutting , lean physique etc. Every individual has different goals, and at the basis of their own goal they have to set the time. I know many  people don't have time to workout at the correct time. Their schedule is very busy. There is no problem about them you can do any time you want but those who have time they have to fix their right time this post is for those people.

Who has to do a workout in the morning? Those who want to lose fat , who want to lean his body and those who want to do cutting. Why do they have to workout in the morning and what is the benefit of this to them? First understand what you get in the morning. When we wake up our stomach is always empty. There is not a single nutrients and no protein nor carbs and fat also in the body ,it's completely empty. When you go to the gym before the gym how much you can eat more and more you eat some fruits only you can't eat more when you do training then from where your body will use energy there is nothing in your body, then your body uses energy from stored fat in your body. If you want to lose weight, make your body lean then you have to do workout in morning this is the best choice for those people. This my suggestion who want to fat loss , cutting, leaning, and want six pack abs for these the best time is morning.

Now talk about who want to do workout at evening? Evening work is for those people who want to gain weight, muscles gain and gain lean every gaining related thing you have to do workout in the evening. I tell you reason according to science, when you wake up your stomach is empty you take first meal breakfast you eat protein,  carbs, fat any thing , the you take second meal lunch then also you give protein,  fat , carbs etc. Again to your body the energy is going to your body because of that your body works then you take breakfast before going gym at evening then your body get ready your body have all nutrients protein, carbs,fat etc. They provide you energy during high intensity exercises. From where we get energy? from carbohydrates  of course , we use carbohydrates in full day and what is the work of protein? It stop from breakdown our muscles ok . Your body has all minerals, vitamins, protein etc. Your body is ready for workout then you do workout then your muscles don't break down because in your body protein carbs all are available. 


So according to science now you know who wants to lose weight, cutting , fat loss they can do in the morning and who wants to gain weight, muscles, lean body they have to do in the evening.
