This blog is specially for teenagers and you can also use it todya i am gonna tell you some exercises to get body like gym. This video is specially of teenagers because teenagers have time but they don't have money to go gym and pay expensive fees of gym so today i am gonna tell you some simple and effctive exercises you can do at your home 





 1.You have to warm up your body do some warm ups like streching jumping to free your body.




2.Then you have to do normal push ups. I am no gonna tell you like every other peoples to do this many push ups with this many reps and this many sets. No you have to do only how much you can do at your limit.









Then you have to do wide push ups. In this push ups you have to put your hands in wide diffrence compare to normal pushups and then start push ups.

After that you have to do short push ups in short push ups you have to do opposite of wide push ups. You have to put your hands closer than comparing normal push ups and then you have to do push ups.








After that you have to do diamond push ups this push up is little bit difficult but you do daily you can do easily. Then in this push up you have to make a diamond shape with your hand in ground and then have to do push ups.









Then you have to do incline push ups in this push ups you have to put your hand in some upper surface or heightened surface like you can use table chair etc. And your legs have to in ground or down surface and then you have to do push ups.








After that you have to do decline push ups this push ups is opposite of incline push ups you have to put yor legs in upper surface and your hand in ground then you have to do the push ups.





Next you have to take dumbles if you don't have the you can use normal brics and do some dumbles sets. To make your biceps.






And then last you have to do six abs crunches for your six abs.
