So today's topic is how to get  Jawline, a good face cut. If you meet anyone for the first time what you see in them , nature No you see their face. If you're giving time to your body, structure, etc you are doing a good workout then why don't you notice your face. How to maintain a good structure of your face? Causes what are the caused your face to get fat first is genetics like hair , smile , skin color etc. You get from your parents and you get face structure also from your parents, like anyone who has a V shape , square, oval etc. Amd 2nd thing get from your parents is water retention many people face retains  water fast and become like balloon it's also get from genetics. And the second thing is Medication means people get ill are some disease because of that face also  get bloated and third reason is No doing physical activity if you don't do any physical activity and don't use face muscles you only do office work , using phone , and eat only and doing nothing got your face because of that your face fat increase and next reason is weight gaining increase in fat percentage because of that your face also get fat and fifth is consuming alcohol frequently because of that your bloating tendency increase your face look bloated if you notice when you came from party next day your face is little bit bloated and 6 is lack of sleep when you sleep less or not sleeping then in your body a hormone is there cortisol this hormone main side effect is gaining weight/storing fat in body if you don't sleep then your face look bloated.


Now next reason is dehydration when you drink lack of water your body retains water then your face get bloated and the most important reason is diet, carbs are good but refined carbs like pizza , pasta ,pastry burger , fries sweets etc you have to avoid these things you don't have to eat less sugar from sugar increase fat and you get bloating. And lastly, sodium means salt. You have to consume less when you consume more salt stop the water from bloating.




The biggest myth is that from chewing gum you can get jawline there is nothing like this, it's only a myth. Understand one thing, like the joint of your body part, like the hand there is a joint also in your face which joins the skull and jaw. If you eat more and more chewing gum these joints get weak then avoid eating excessive chewing gum.

The first thing is you have to sleep 7-8 hours compulsory and second is Fluids what fluids will do it will decrease bloating. These are the fluid mornings when you wake up, drink 1 liter and 4 liter in a day and add green tea with half lemon daily because of this your face doesn't get bloating and your face looks slim. And next is diet plan , diet is the key in everything you have to avoid every thing 1 i already given refined carbs , sugar and salt and most important you have to add in your meal these thing Beta carotene , Vitamin C , Antioxidants, Fiber now how you get this thing it's very complicated I also made a solution a drink that you can make easily and also tasty in this dring you have to add 2-3 peace of papaya , 2-3 leaves of spinach (palak), little cinnamon (dal chini) and half lemon then grind it drink it daily you will get noticeable changes in 7-8 days.

Next point is cardio. You have to do 20-30 minutes jogging or you can do sprinting 5-6 minutes daily when the face area movement is higher and you lose fat and before 45 you can drink black coffee because this makes you sweat more sweating and your bloating decreases fast. And now i am going to tell you jawline workout in morning after waking up you have you have to do this part squeeze your mouth looking downward and second parts is face up stretch jaw and mouth open and close 15 times combine this is a exercise you have to do it total 4 sets.
